The basics
By purchasing from Fajar Zahra you agree to these terms. Products are digital Google Sheets templates delivered via download link after checkout.
Payments
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the merchant of record — meaning they handle payment processing, tax/VAT collection, and receipts on our behalf.
License
- Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the template for yourself.
- You may not resell, redistribute, share, or publish the template files — free or paid.
- You may use the template to manage your own business finances and planning.
Delivery
Templates are delivered instantly after successful payment via a download link in your receipt and your Lemon Squeezy account. If you don't receive it, contact us at hi@fajarzahra.com.
Refunds
Because our products are instantly downloadable digital goods, all sales are final — except where required by law. That said, if a template is broken and we can't fix it for you, we'll make it right. See our Delivery & Refunds page.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to disrupt the site, misrepresent our products, or use them for anything unlawful.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
